Period/objects timeline: choose library that can fulfill requirements

New timeline component to be created.

Idea: The timeline relates iDAI.chronontology periods and Arachne objects' datings with the objects' datings serving as evidence for each period. The timeline thus visualizes how dense or sparse the evidence contained in Arachne is for a each period.

The timeline should

  1. show iDAI.chronontology periods
  2. preserve links between periods (e.g., follows/followed by)
  3. show Arachne objects' datings
  4. show overlaps between periods and objects' datings
  5. show denseness/sparsity of objects' datings
  6. react to user input (The timeline could either integrate with the map's controls/filters or have its own controls. It should rerender based on user input.)
